In 1765, Franz August Parsch founded the PARSCH company in Krupka in the Silesian region (former Czechoslovakia). The company was run as a family business until after the Second World War, after which Franz and Paul Parsch moved to Ibbenb\u00fcren in the mid-1950s and rebuilt the company. Eventually, in 1971, Peter and Wolfgang, the sons of Franz and Paul Parsch, took over the management. Upon Wolfgang Parsch’s departure from the company, Ludger Runde and Hubert Mersch joined the company. Following the retirement of Peter Parsch, the three partners Ludger Runde, Hubert Mersch and Uwe Ackermann were appointed on July 01, 1996 to continue operating the company, which was first established back in 1765 in the former region of Sudetenland.<\/p>\n
During the year of its founding, the company started with the production of fire extinguisher buckets made of linen. Today, PARSCH uses state-of-the-art technology to manufacture hoses made of synthetic materials, mainly for firefighters. However, the company also manufactures special hoses for mining, drinking water transport and hoses for industry or irrigation for agriculture. The current share of exports is approx. 50 %.<\/p>\n
From 1950 – 1984 the production site was located at Laggenbecker Stra\u00dfe 85. Afterwards it was relocated to Gildestra\u00dfe 16. The factory premises occupy an area of approx. 32,000 m\u00b2, of which more than 16,500 m\u00b2 are covered with buildings. In 1975, the PARSCH company had 140 employees and was producing 1 million meters of hose\/year, whereas today the company employs about 55 people producing 2 million meters\/year. In order to improve efficiency, continuous investments have been made into new techniques and more efficient machinery. Additional investments are intended to secure the jobs of our industrial and commercial employees in the future as well.<\/p>\n
Worldwide, customers appreciate the special quality of PARSCH hoses. Hoses with diameters ranging from 19 to 152 millimeters can withstand burst pressures of up to 60 bar; special hoses even up to 100 bar. The manufacturing process is very complex, involving twisting and circular weaving of the synthetic yarns, production of rubber compounds, extrusion of the inner rubber lining, vulcanization and – if desired – various outer coatings. Moreover, the hose lengths can also be assembled with, according to the respective standard, couplings.<\/p>\n
PARSCH is manufacturing a wide range of high-quality hoses and fully complies with the strict requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.<\/p>\n

In Krupka im Sudetenland (Tschechoslowakei) gr\u00fcndete Franz August Parsch im Jahre 1765 das Unternehmen PARSCH. Dort wurde es als Familienunternehmen bis nach dem 2. Weltkrieg gef\u00fchrt, bis Mitte der 50iger Jahre Franz und Paul Parsch nach Ibbenb\u00fcren umsiedelten und die Firma neu aufbauten. Im Jahre 1971 \u00fcbernahmen Peter und Wolfgang, die S\u00f6hne von Franz und Paul Parsch, die Leitung. Nachdem Wolfgang Parsch aus dem Unternehmen ausstieg, traten Ludger Runde und Hubert Mersch ein. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt endete die Tradition des Familienunternehmens. Nach dem Ausscheiden von Peter Parsch \u00fcbernahmen am 01. Juli 1996 die drei folgenden Gesellschafter Ludger Runde, Hubert Mersch und Uwe Ackermann das im Jahre 1765 im Sudetenland gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen.<\/p>
Im Jahre der Gr\u00fcndung begann man mit der Herstellung von Feuerl\u00f6scheimern aus Leinen. Heute produziert PARSCH mit modernster Technologie Schl\u00e4uche aus synthetischen Materialien, haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr die Feuerwehr. Es werden aber auch Spezialschl\u00e4uche f\u00fcr den Bergbau, die Trinkwasserbef\u00f6rderung sowie Schl\u00e4uche f\u00fcr die Industrie oder zur Bew\u00e4sserung f\u00fcr die Landwirtschaft hergestellt. Der Exportanteil betr\u00e4gt zurzeit ca. 50 %.<\/p>
Von 1950 \u2013 1984 war das Werk an der Laggenbecker Stra\u00dfe 85 zu finden. Danach wurde es in die Gildestra\u00dfe 16 umgesiedelt. Es befindet sich auf einem Areal von ca. 32.000 m\u00b2, wovon \u00fcber 7.000 m\u00b2 bebaut sind. Um die Effizienz zu verbessern, wurde immer wieder in neue Verfahren und leistungsf\u00e4higere Maschinen investiert. Weitere Investitionen sollen auch in Zukunft die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze von gewerblichen und kaufm\u00e4nnischen Mitarbeitern sichern.<\/p>
Weltweit wird die besondere Qualit\u00e4t der PARSCH-Schl\u00e4uche gesch\u00e4tzt. Die Schl\u00e4uche mit einem Durchmesser von 19 bis 150 Millimeter halten einen Platzdruck von bis zu 60 bar aus; Spezialschl\u00e4uche sogar bis zu 100 bar. Der Herstellungsprozess ist sehr komplex, er umfasst das Zwirnen und Rundweben der synthetischen Garne, das Herstellen von Gummimischungen, das Extrudieren der Innenauskleidung aus Gummi, das Vulkanisieren und \u2013 sofern gew\u00fcnscht \u2013 verschiedene Au\u00dfenbeschichtungen. Zudem k\u00f6nnen die Schlauchl\u00e4ngen auch mit, der jeweiligen Norm entsprechenden Kupplungen, konfektioniert werden.<\/p>
PARSCH produziert ein breites Sortiment von qualitativ erstklassigen Schl\u00e4uchen und erf\u00fcllt die strengen Anforderungen der Qualit\u00e4tsnorm DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.<\/p>
